APRIL 27th

This seance was actually set as a regular chat session, usually involving the receipt of communication from and the Medium's regular spirit team. On this occasion however, although his team were present and came forward as usual, for part of the time during the seance Katy and Ben came forward too.

Ben asked the sitters to sing. We understood that this was to raise the energy, so as to best enable Ben and Katy to 'do something'. In fact nothing unusual was forthcoming. However, this recording clearly indicates the light-hearted and socially interactive nature of the spirit people with ourselves. When Ben withdrew Katy came forward. She joked with Chris, and again, this type of interaction is often experienced with the lodge circle. APRIL 20th

Blackout conditions. 100 minutes seance.

Sitters and witnesses: Chris. Jerry.

This evening began as usual with music being played. As an unexplained aside we should note that the music was initially heard to play quite softly, but after half a dozen pieces the volume rose considerably. The sitters were surprised by this unusual occurance...but at this stage do not consider the explanation to be due to 'physical phenomena'.

During the evening's seance various tapping sounds were heard by both sitters. Some of these we immediately recognised as being enabled by the working spirit team, whilst others were less clearly heard and therefore not so clearly identified as being evidential of manipulation by an external consciousness.

Note that on this occasion knocks were heard and recorded in both blackout and in red lighting conditions.

The second knock appears to be responsive, which is most interesting. As usual, we are looking forward to our next seance!

APRIL 13th 2010

This evening was a special one for the medium, sitters and spirit team within the Spirit Sanctuary circle. The medium has been sitting within seance recently under the guidance of what appears to be two spirit teams...or at least one team that is becoming divided in two due to a variation in activities.

The primary team, well established now, is working in red lighting conditions for the demonstration of transfiguration phenomena. The 'newly forming' team has been working for a shorter period of time, primarily in blackout conditions, for the purpose of enabling other elements of physical phenomena to become developed...controlled spirit lights, rapping and so forth. Last month a loud knocking was heard within seance, but as neither of the spirit teams claimed responsibility for this (although neither denied it either) some doubt remained in the mind of the medium who had not heard the knocking at the time, as to the cause of the sound that all sitters heard very clearly as coming from the cabinet area.

This evening spirit claimed responsibility for further tapping sounds, that they told us should be heard within the last piece of music being played this evening.

The sound was indeed picked up on our seance recording equipment. This was a small but clear sound, and is valuable to us as it clearly indicates the progress of the new work:
